why i cant sign up my wechat using my new contact number?

i use the wechat by sign up with old contact no. since i had change the new sim card to the phone. now i cant open my wechat which use old no. So, i use the new sim no. to sign up, but cant sign up. reason is too many operation, please help to solve.
