Dec 15, 2015 5:37 PM in response to rv309by raserror645,Hello,
It still works.
Check your settings> General> Accessability> Hearing aids and make sure Route ringtones to hearing aids is On. If it is already set to On, set it to Off. Restart your device then set it back to On.
If that does not work, connect your device to your computer. Then using iTunes, restore your device to factory default. Set up as a new device, pair your Halos and don’t install any apps. Test your device by calling it. If all works, you can either install each app individually or restore from a backup. Be aware if you restoer from a backup, you might also end up restoring the problem.
HTH and good luck.

Dec 16, 2015 6:01 AM in response to raserror645by rv309,Thanks,
It took 3 times of tuning ringing to hearing aids off rebooting turning ringing to hearing aids on rebooting but it started working again. I had rebooted before but didn't turn ringing off and on. At least its working again, I hope it keeps working.

Dec 18, 2015 2:33 PM in response to raserror645by Canuck Bob,I am considering buying Halos for my first H/As. I opened my 5S 9.2 and there is no "Route Ringtone to Hearing Aid" command or button? The phone is not connected to any device of course.

Dec 18, 2015 2:43 PM in response to Canuck Bobby OldGnome,Under Settings -> Accessibility there is an option to route ringtones to hearing aids. I suspect that, without hearing aids connected to the phone, that won't appear.
I have been wearing Halos for more than 18 months. they work very well for me.

May 20, 2016 7:16 AM in response to OldGnomeby mmelkers,Hi-I am not sure if this was covered. I have an iPhone and Halo 2's. Yesterday my settings must have changed somehow.
When my phone rings, I hear it ring through my HA's. BUT I also hear the phone ringtone from the phone-even though the ringer switch is on silent. It was not doing this previously.
Any help to help sort this out would be appreciated.
