Recently, I set Microsoft Outlook as the default mailer. Then, I changed back to Mail as the default mailer. But the icons of mail files stay the same, i.e. the icon of outlook, not the icon of mail. Do you know how to change the icons of the mail files back to the original one?
MacBook (13-inch Late 2009), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
Go to Applications folder by using Finder app. Locate Mail app and drag it to your Dock. Then, if you do not want Outlook icon in your Dock, simply remove from the Dock (drag to the trash or right click on it and go to Options > remove from dock).
The problem that I have is that all the files (which can be opened with Mail) now have the icon of Outlook. Can I change back to the original Mail icon on the files which can be opened with Mail?
