Was wondering if you could help.
My iPod shuffle 4th Gen does not appear on the lates iTunes. I have tried everything there is on google, but with no avail.
Please help.

For the info of those who may look at this post, I was able to resolve the issue with the above links. Thanks allen a.
I removed from my Program Features everything to do with Apple. I then bought a new wire and after re-installing iTunes and using the new wire, everything worked as perfect!
