Q: my headphones won't sync with bluetooth on my phone

I have an iPhone 6 and it used to synch with m plantronics headphones via bluetooth and now it won't work - I have turned off both items and started again but still no luck - what should I do? The headphones have batteries totally charged as does my phone.
