Some of my music and all of my music videos are not eligible for iCloud. Why is this?
Some of the music is from the same album, even the same record as other songs that are ok.
I have checked the 'info>file' on each and they are almost identical. Why would one be rejected?

The "almost identical" is probably the problem. If iTunes Match recognizes files as duplicates, it will upload only one of them to iCloud to save space. The matching compares the actual audio files for similarity, not the names and artists.
The duration, size, bit rate, volume and bit rate, are different, everything else the same. It doesn't make sense that one is rejected.
What can be done?

Are your videos protected?
I have several of the same songs, different singers, which all sound the same, yet all versions uploaded. The songs that did not upload are individual tunes, not the same as any others, yet are said to be ineligible for icloud. Nothing in the description of the tune says that.
All the music videos say in the info>file ineligible for icloud.
I have found a way to get my music videos into my iphone without using iTunes and iCloud. I put them in Dropbox and store them in Carousel which is a part of Dropbox. They all work great, except there is no info about each video, however they do play.
Music is not eligible for iCloud, why?
