I do not have "share link via icloud" option

According to this help article:

I should have a "share link via icloud" option on my mac when I hit the share button. I do not have that option. I seem to only be able to attach the document to email and such but no share link option? What am I missing?

This is a pages document (under 200 MB) being stored in icloud.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10)

You should be able to share any document that has finished uploading to the iCloud. From Finder, right-click the document and choose Share -> Add People.
