My iPad stopped charging so I took it into a shop. Today they told me that the Apple Technician needs my Apple ID. Is this true?
iPad Mini, iOS 8
I don't think so as there should not be any relation between a charger ( or battery ) with an apple id
Do Apple Technicians need my Apple ID?
