I have redeemed a gift card and gained 5 song credits. When I try and buy songs, iTunes takes me through to the ''redeem'' page but when I try and enter the gift code, it just opens up a window that says this code has already been redeemed. How can I actually use the credits to buy songs? There doesn't seem to be an option to use ''credits''... Thanks.

What exactly do you see when trying to buy a song, what messages appear ? You can't change how items are billed, it's automatic, as long as you are buying for yourself then your account's balance should be used for the purchase, it's only if gifting (which can only be done via a credit card) or if your balance doesn't cover the entire purchase price that credit card details should be asked for - or if it's a new account and you didn't follow particular steps when creating the account. (A gift card can only be redeemed once, you can't re-enter its code.)
