how do i reset my security questions for my apple id

please help me, because i have read articles saying it should be under the questions but it is not, is there any way to do it without contacting apple? using IOS 8.0.3.

iPad Mini, iOS 8.2

No, there isn’t.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
