Magic mouse battery level always 100% running Yosemite

Hi All i have had this problem since 1 year, also after updating to Yosemite the bug still exists, the battery of the magic mouse is always at 100% until it runs out of juice and it asks to replace battery.

Apple pls fix it or provide a terminal solution
