Netflix/Hulu

I just bought Apple TV yesterday. I can't watch an episode without Netflix/Hulu buffering. The episode buffers for about 2 to 3 minutes plays for about 30 seconds and then goes back to saying that Netflix/Hulu is not available. I've checked my been with. I've checked the updates..i've tried to update the DNS number. At this point I'm thinking about returning AppleTV because I can't even watch a show or finish one because it's constantly buffering. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Is there anything I can do to fix this problem because I do want to keep my Apple TV.

From your post I understand that you're having difficulty with the playback of content on your Apple TV. I'm on board with you that buffering is extremely annoying, so in order to help get this resolved please follow the troubleshooting in the article below.
