Q: My iPhone 5c camera isn`t working anymore.

My normal camera isn`t working anymore, my selfie-camera does from time to time. Just got my iphone (8.1.3) out of my pocket and wanted to take a photo. But all I`ve seen was a blurred or black screen. Tried it a thousand times...Tried Hard Reset and put it back to factory adjustment but nothing worked. What can I do? I need my camera... Thanks for help =)

I understand that the rear camera on your iPhone is no longer functioning as you would expect anymore. In this situation, I would recommend reading over the attached article and working through the troubleshooting steps within.
