Are you signed into the same iCloud account on your Mac, and do you have the Calendars option checked? If you do, then try signing out of iCloud and back in on both your Mac and your device to see if it will sync up. (Both on on Wifi, correct)?

OK, so the Calendar in iCloud is not getting pushed to your Mac. When you signed back on to iCloud on your Mac, did you select Calendars & Reminders (along with any other items you want to sync via iCloud)?

And your Mac has Wifi that is working (i.e., you can Google something and a result displays)?

If the answer to the questions above is yes, then try rebooting your Mac.

The way that the iCloud sync works is that everything is housed in iCloud and pushed to any device or computer that is signed onto that same iCloud account, and which has the sync items in question checked on the device or computer being pushed to.

Awwww - sorry about your Charlie....it's always so painful to lose a pet that you love

    Gail

I can see now what the problem is.  We have two iMacs in those.  Mine and my wife.

And we have a wireless network.

But my iPad is not sync with my iMac unless it is connected in iTunes

How do I fix it so it syncs with my iMac

    thanks

OK, so you need to set up Calendars for iCloud on your iPad: Settings>iCloud>make sure that the Calendars & Reminders button is turned on.

On your Mac, make sure that it is signed on to the same iCloud account: System Preferences>iCloud>make sure the same ID that is signed on to the iPad is signed on to the Mac, then make sure that Calendars & Reminders is turned on.

The information in the Calendar in iCloud (under that same iCloud ID, mind you) should push to your iPad and Mac.

    Cheers,
