I had another account w/ another email and want to delete it. How do I do that?
I had an account and want to delete it.
How do I do that? I already have a new account that I created.

You can't. Apple will only delete Apple ID's in exceptional circumstances. i.e Court Order.
Otherwise you can just stop using it.
Note that any content bought/downloaded with that account will forever be tied to that account and cannot be transferred to another one. As such any Apps purchased/downloaded with that account will always request that apple id and password to update.
Which is why it better to update the associated email address of an account rather than creating a new one.
