I am running Win 8.1 on bootcamp and cannot get sound from internal speaker

Do you have any unknown devices in Device Manager with a yellow triangle and exclamation mark?
Are the Bootcamp drivers installed?
You should something similar to the following for Sound Devices, if the drivers are installed.

1. Check System requirements to install Windows on your Mac via Boot Camp - Apple Support for the BC Driver Package for your specific Mac year/model.
2. Boot Camp: Install or repair Boot Camp drivers as necessary to get the latest updates from Apple.
Can you check Control Panel -> Sound to see if the Default is set up correctly?
My speakers all say "2 - High Definition Audio Device"
Can you post a screen shot of Device Manager and Sound panels?

What model/year is your Mac? The devices under Other Devices is a bit surprising. Can you use the earlier links to repair BC drivers and post the same images after the Repair?
