Q: Unable to Use Facetime and iMessages in Mac

Hi Team,

 

Suddenly after changing the password of my Apple id, i was unable to use Facetime and iMessages in mac. (unable to make audio call from mac aswell)

 

Can you please address this,

    I understand that after changing your Apple ID password, you are no longer able to use FaceTime or Messages on your mac. In this situation, I would recommend reading over the Troubleshooting FaceTime for Mac section in the attached article. Also, I would recommend signing out of your accounts in Messages and FaceTime and signing back in fresh with your new password if the issue continues after the steps in the article.
