Hello. I was using my keyboard normally, and suddenly, it started to repeat the letter Q. I turned it off and turned it back on and it started to repeat the same letter. The rest of the letters work normally, but it keeps repeating Q. I changed the batteries, restarted the computer, but none of that worked. What should I do? Thanks.

My first suspicion is a hardware issue. Keyboards are known to fail, keys can get stuck. If another keyboard does not have the same issue that is an indication. You might try tapping repeatedly on the "q" to see if you can unstuck it. My Dad who was an electrical engineer all his life used to suggest that sometimes the only way to get delecat electronic equipment to stop misbehaving was to wack them sharply. Sometimes it works sometimes you buy a new keyboard.

I did what you said and it stopped repeating the "q" letter, but now this letter doesn't want to work correctly. I press it and it only works after some minutes. 😟
Guess I'll have to get another keyboard. Anyway, thank you very much for your attention 🙂.
