Q: ipad won't sync to iTunes.

I Can acces iPad on iTunes on my PC but I ant make it sync. Ever time I try I get a message saying it can't find the iPad's setup. How can I sort this out?

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 8.2, Windows based PC

If you're getting an error message during the backup process of your iPad, then I'd like you to please follow the directions below.

If you can't back up or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes - Apple Support
