Q: iPod touch only works in docking stationion

my iod touch only works in the docking station, where I can access emails etc. however, when intake it away fromthe docking station, it stops working, and all I see is the apple logo on screen. It appears to be charging she docked. Any advice?.

I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue with your iPod touch. If your iPod is restarting and/or freezing on an Apple logo screen when you unplug it from power, you may find the information and troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:
