Q: What happened to the audio switch on Apple Aps?

Now I am indefinitely switched to Bluetooth when wanting to listen on the ITunes Ap and Podcast Ap. The YouTube Ap still has the a symbol you can use to switch the audio preference on connected to your device. Am I missing the new way to shake the phone to get the audio to switch or what?

iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.3, I pad Mini same

If you swipe up from the bottom of the screen, you will see four icons at the bottom (flashlight, timer, calculator and camera). Just above the right-most icons is the area where you can choose the output devices from your Bluetooth connection.

Using the button on the lock screen to switch audio sources works fine. The button is a rectangle which is a different shape than other buttons so I don't recognize it easily. OldGnome here is an idea for you. A gnome game. A yard gnome gets swept away in a hurricane, tornado, bald eagle. (Depending on where you live.) The yard gnome lands in an abondanded home's yard. The yard is a mess so the yard gnome starts taking care of the garden. The game would be a way to educate people on invasive plant species, native plants, and the gardening techniques.
