Q: Setting up GoDaddy mail on Apple Mail

I'm running Apple Mail 8.2 on my MacBook Pro and tried to import a renewed email account from the GoDaddy domain.  It have followed the process stated on the GoDaddy site and I can receive emails fine, but cannot send them from that account, despite the fact that there is only one password for the account and both the incoming and outgoing mail servers use the same password.  I have followed the trouble shooting on the GoDaddy site and tried the account web-based and it works fine, so I know there is a problem with the Apple mail loading/set-up, although I cannot work it out, and neither can the GoDaddy support team.
