create rules for iCloud email

when i send myself an email, it goes into my junk. and when i open the email it doesn't have this "iCloud thinks this is junk" so i can't click the thumbs up to move it to my inbox. so my question is how do i create a rule so whenever there is an email from me, it goes into my inbox and not my junk? thank you.
