I updated my 5S this morning for iOS 8.2 and now my phone, iMessage and texting have stopped working. I tried a factory reset with no results. Also, it will not allow me to turn iMessages on. How can I fix this? PLEASE HELP!

It seems you are unable to send or receive sms messages or use the iMessage service. That does sound troublesome. The following article may help you resolve this issue:
Restart your device and check for updates
- Restart your device.
- Check for a carrier settings update.
- Check for an iOS software update.
Contact your carrier
If you can't send or receive SMS or MMS messages, contact your carrier to check your text messaging plan.

hi, I heard about something similar today.
when you try to call you get - call failed?
and it has crazy fix - disable Facetime and try calling again 🙂
