Ipad MC984X/A has no sound after my daughter used her earphone once. Could you please tell me what I should do to get the Sound back. Thanks

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the Control Center and check the volume level of the device. Also check to make sure it hasn't been muted. The physical volume buttons on the side of the device sometimes change only the sound effects, not the speaker volume. They will only control the speaker volume if there is currently music/video being played on the device.
If those controls do not bring your sound back, the earphones may be damaged.
I have an iPad MC984X/A. Since my daughter used the earphone, my iPad has no sound/tones. Help me please
