After leaving a negative review on the App Store about iMovie (after update, iMovie will not open)
I received this email. In 15+ years, I have never received an email from support.
What do you think, real or not ?

From the header it seems to be legitimate. However, i any event I would not give my Apple ID PW and other information like bank accounts.
Thanks IIIaass, I'm still going to hold off responding to that email, I would really like to fix this myself.
When I open a Guest acct., iMovie opens, so from what others have said, there must be something wrong with my user acct.
I have deleted all .plists and caches thinking they might be corrupted, but that did not work.
So, for now, I'm at a stand still.
BTW... is there any info in the header that should not be shared, should I delete that post ?
I don't see anything private in your headers. The e-mail looks legitimate. Apple might ask for your Apple ID, and you can safely give that to them. Never give anyone your passwords.
