I am trying to update one of my apps but when I get asked to sign into the Mac App Store I get a "Status_Code_Error" appear in red letters to the bottom of the login window. I tried to email Apple Support but I get an Error 99 when using their support page. However, their Service Status page says everything is UP. Is anybody else having any similar issues in the UK right now?

However, Apple has finally coughed to outage strife affecting its iTunes Store, iBooks Store, Mac App Store and App Store, as well as sign-ins for iCloud accounts and mail.
According to the Tim Cook-run firm's status page, its iCloud system has now recovered.
But – at time of publication – Apple said that "multiple store services" were "unavailable for all users."
A popular message popping up on the service read:
STATUS_CODE_ERROR
Which, perhaps, is some kind of weird fashion statement about Apple's pig arse-ugly Watch.

Having the same issue in Chicago. Was able to get Service Updates, but when I tried to get an X Code update I got the STATUS_CODE_ERROR. Also, just updated my iPhone 4s and I'm getting locked out of some app's that are requesting my previous apple account password. Something is messed up. But if I buy an Apple watch, everything will probably work just fine!😉

I installed "Security Update 2015-002", after that I am not able to update iMovie, and also I am not able to log in App Store to look at my Purchases...
It appears:

Completely Agree....This is ridiculous...Fat cash heavy company don't care about us anymore.
Same in Massachusetts, USA. The iBook store is having the same issue, anybody has noticed anything in iTunes?

I am having same issue when logging in to app store to do apps. I'm located in Tennessee.
I clicked on "Forgot" and now it's working
Apple support called me back within 1 minute and advised they're working on fixing the issue.
Suggested it may be another few hours ⚠ and gave me this link to track the status http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/
Yes it's a pain but they're doing all they can...
