My Iped mini every 3 seconds requests the password from Time Face. When the correct password is entered, nothing happens, and the query is repeated again. In this situation, even though you are sure you are entering the correct password, I would suggest changing your Apple ID password and signing into FaceTime on your iPhone with the new password.
