Your bootable USB drive could not be created

I tried to installed windows 8.1 pro iso file. 1st copied iso to 16 usb drive(formatted one). then i open boot camp assistant. I followed on screen and in the moment its shown error message and my disk having more space.


Your bootable USB drive could not be created - An error occurred while formatting the disk.

What steps i ve to follow to sorted out this issues

how i ve to install windows from usb2 drive. there are some confusions happened. my disk utility boot camp partition that is 50gb. next how i install windows? if i see start up disk its shown only macintosh. during restarting if i press option key there windows shown. if i click windows disk

1. Do not use Disk Utility for any Bootcamp related work. Delete the partition created via Disk Utility. Set up a Windows partition on your Mac - Apple Support using Bootcamp Assistant. If the partition was created by BCA then it can be reused.

2. If the USB2 has been created successfully, use the last option in BCA. You do not need to use 'Create USB..' and 'Download software...' again.
