Q: Can't view Apple ID in iTunes store to apply gift card on iPhone 5-6 plus

States can't open iTunes store when you click view Apple id, after clicking at bottom of page"account name " -> view Apple ID

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.4, i also have the 6 plus set up
