Q: i lost my icloud password

Iphone 5s,space gray,16GB

i lost my icloud password.but when i request for recovery pass by gmail.iphone site type sent email.but i dont recieve any email about that.plz help me

when i upgrade ios version from 7.0.2 to 7.1.2 this problem happened.

when i turn on my phone .it want me icloud pass for activate it.i cant use my phone plz help me
