I am just upgraded my iphone 5s to ios 8.2 n now here r the problem: i cant download any apps i want!
it request me to login my account but it keep appear "cannot connect to itunes store" Why?
The solution of set time automatically, restart phone, reset network setting, bla bla bla... none of them work on my phone!
Any other WORKS SOLUTION provide?

As per the Apple iCloud status page, they are having issues. Do not make changes at your end.
A quick search of the forums would have told you that it's down for everyone.

You can't download anything from the App, iTunes, Mac or iBook Stores. That stll leaves a whole world of possibilities.
