Mar 11, 2015 10:06 AM in response to Richard S48by Roger Wilmut1,When you add an image to a message it will be displayed within the message. Whether it's displayed in the message or as an attachment when the recipient views it depends entirely on how their email client is set up - most default to displaying images within the message - and there's nothing you can do to influence this.
When the attachment is something a browser can't display - including an image which has been zipped - it will appear as an attachment when you add it. If you don't want it within the body of the message wait to add it until you have completed the text.
