Unfortunately, you have to start over again. I am very interested in the middle section, to check if there are any MS Data entries which are roughly the size we are looking for.

As Testdisk says, these partitions cannot be recovered. When you press Enter to Continue, you should get a list. You may want to post each page of the list if you get, if possible, for recording purposes. Please be careful. I would not want to you spend another two days trying to build this list again. 😉

If you select anything here, Testdisk indicates a size of 746G, while your disk is 500G. You should get to a page, where the bottom lines have an option with 'P - List Files' and the listing starts at the beginning of the disk. The first MS Data in such a list is what we should pick for checking files. You should look for entries which are roughly in the gap, between 7300639536 and 829804543 sectors, whig is the gap between GPT3 and GPT4.

that one right ? 146968576

This is the roughly the correct size, but the start is at the very end of the disk. This will probably give you file system is damaged error.

If I add the gap between GPT3 and GPT4 to the GPT4 size I get 246133584 sectors. Any similar sized MS Data parts should help.
