how to purchase from apple store on line if I live in Malta

I am an Italian. About 2 years ago I bought from Italy in apple store online with my company account. The purchase was with VAT exemption (VIES). All OK...

Now my company has moved to Malta, and I am interested to make a purchase from Malta, but I do not see the possibility. (https://www.apple.com/mt/mac/).

Malta is excluded from purchases in the Apple Store online?
