Whenever I launch the camera app, it seems fine unless I change the bottom slider to change it, say photos. Also videos don't show up?
Restoring it though it seems to work fine, but when I load my backup I still have that problem?

Restart your device by holding the home and power buttons until the Apple logo appears.
Still gives me the problem :/
Then it may be time to place the device in DFU mode and restore to factory condition. If the problem still persists then go to an Apple store to determine your options. No one here can debug hardware through this portal.
