It sounds like your iPhone is not working as it should after updating to iOS 8.2, and you've already tried restoring the device.
It's definitely important to have a working phone. Since yours is up-to-date and has restarted several times, you may want to contact Apple Support for help, as mentioned in this support article:
Make sure that your device is up to date and your apps are up to date. If you still see this issue after updating, contact Apple Support.
