After installing RDC update 3.8.2 v1.1 on Mavericks I have lost all ability to Control client machines using Remote Desktop Admin 3.8. In fact, it also disabled my remote viewing capabilities using the PocketCloud app on my iPad.
The update was installed from a local Mavericks SWU server, and it seems like this is what caused the issue. I can still Control machines that updated RDC using Apple's SWU server.
Is there a way to flush the RDC update from our local SWU server to see if what's cached on our local server is what's corrupt? Or is there anything I could check on the client machines to determine any RDC errors?
