How to get photos back from a stolen phone?

I had an Iphone 5 but it was stolen, meaning I lost all my contacts, photos, and etc. I now have an Iphone 6, and i was given a notification that didn't have enough Icloud storage and thus found out i still have my old phone's storage. I downloaded itunes and icloud with hope that i might get my old photos and data back but it didn't work.

How will I be able to get all my old photos and data back?
