HELP!! eMac wont boot after trying to install Mac OS X 10.4.11!

I had got given a Mac OS X Tiger install disc by a friend ⚠(Not an official one) and I used it to upgrade my eMac from Panther, but the installation failed so i thought I would have to deal with it and revert back to Panther, but when I restarted, the Mac was stuck on the Apple with the spinning logo. I have tried starting Mac in safe mode but that just brings up an error saying ✖"Kernel Panic! We are hanging here."! Please help!! This is a great machine I would love to get it running again! 🙂😁

eMac-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.4.11), Mac OS X 10.4.11/10.3.9

Tiger Requirements...

To use Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, your Macintosh needs:

* A PowerPC G3, G4, or G5 processor

* Built-in FireWire

* At least 256 MB of RAM (I recommend 1GB minimum)

* DVD drive (DVD-ROM), Combo (CD-RW/DVD-ROM) or SuperDrive (DVD-R) for installation

* At least 3 GB of free disk space; 4 GB if you install the XCode 2 Developer Tools (I recommend 20GB minimum)
