I have followed every step and still the issue persists.
Now all 3 of my bluetooth items will not connect.
Prior to resetting etc, they were connecting.

I'm sorry to see the troubleshooting in the article did not resolve the issue. For further troubleshooting please see the information below, found at the bottom of the article I provided earlier.
If your device is still experiencing issues
If the steps above have not resolved the Bluetooth behavior you are experiencing, perform a software restore in iTunes.
If the issue persists after restoring your iOS device in iTunes, contact Apple for support and service options.
