I have looked at those options but it doesn't show where pending charges could be. The purchase history would only show charges that have already been paid for and this charge is at the top of my iTunes so it hasn't been paid for yet. I also am unable to report a problem since I am unsure what the charge is from (app, book, etc).Any further help would be greatly appreciated.
