Hi I have a late 2012 mac pro rentia and need to know what type of SSD it has, such as speed size.
Also does anyone know the speed of RAM, and motherboard ?

zIt will help us diagnose your problem to know the exact model, size, year built, RAM installed and OS you're running.
So here's the procedure:
Find your Mac's serial number in About This Mac or System Information - Apple Support
Then click on "System Report".

Talk to OWC. I've done 5 SSDs so far from them. Total no brainer:
Yours is easy since it's still a standard SATA vs the newer (and expensive) PCIe.
