I lost all my purchased ringtones after upgrading to iOS 8.2. Restoring them didn't work. Please help

Ringtones & AudioBooks should be transferred to your computer for safe keeping.
You cannot re-download them for free if you forgot.
Ringtones and AudioBooks are not part of a backup.
I didn't try to get them for free again. I just want my purchased ringtones back from my back up.
To where did you back them up?
Your iCloud backup should have ringtones:

Your iTunes backup will not have them.
Read my previous post, ringtones are not part of a backup. It will sync only if you have them transferred to iTunes before the update.
I can see all purchased ringtones on my iTunes account on my laptop, but they won't sync.
Are they selected?
Do you have manually manage enabled in iTunes?

If you made a backup of these items on your Mac or PC, you can sync the items to your iOS device. You can't download these items again from iTunes in the Cloud.
