Q: After backing up to iCloud i had to reset my iPad to initial settings to fix some issues. I got everything back except the "photo stream" album and I no longer can see the photos I take on my iPhone on my iPad. I have photo stream switched on. Help

After backing up to iCloud i had to reset my iPad to initial settings to fix some issues. I got everything back except the "photo stream" album and I no longer can see the photos I take on my iPhone on my iPad. I have photo stream switched on in I cloud and photo settingsPlease help!!!

    Hi kgamel,

     

    If I understand correctly you restored your iPad and when you enabled Photo Stream you are not seeing all the photos on it that you do on the other devices. What you are seeing is normal and this part of the following article will explain why:

     

    Get help using My Photo Stream

    I see different photos in the Recently Added album or My Photo Stream album on each of my devices.

     

    Your device will keep up to 1000 photos, even if they're older than 30 days. Photos older than 30 days are removed from the iCloud server, so your devices might not have the same photos, depending on when you enabled My Photo Stream. Due to storage limitations, your Apple TV might display only your most recent photos.
