I know I can crop it out in photo editing, but I want to get the full iPad screen size.
Is there a simple way to take a screenshot, and hide the toolbar at the same time?

thanks for your suggestion about Safari.
Looking at your screenshot example above, I can see I meant status bar, rather than tool bar. I needed some full screen shots that don't show any interface elements. The free app that I found does the job...thanks again, anyway.
As long as you can get everything into the shot that you want to capture, swipe up on the screen until the toolbar disappears and Safari goes into full screen mode, then take the screenshot.
The Puffin Web Browser also allows for full screen screenshots.
