I currently use my phone & pad for business and personal use. My emails should come from my business account but they're coming from my Yahoo account. How can I change it without having to manually change each email? I've checked online but I don't see settings/mail,contacts,calendars/default account in this new revision of software.

There is no "default account" option in the newest version of iOS. I only have:
Always BCC Myself
Mark Addresses
Increase Quote Level
Signature
Default should be right under Signature but it's not.
Settings App > Mail,Contacts,Calendars > Default Account [scroll down to the second grouping under MAIL].
However, in the native iOS mail app, if you are in a specific account, it will send the mail from that account.
If you have more than one mail account on the device, yes it is still there. Is that the case (more than one accounting the mail app)? But perhaps you need to clarify exactly what it is you are seeing and the context, such as "I'm still getting emails sent from my Yahoo account?" You are getting them, or sending from it?
Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

Go to "Setting"; scroll down to the 4th box for "iCloud"; You need to turn on you "Mail" option in the "iCloud" settings.
Then,
Go into "Settings", scroll down to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"; on the left panel, scroll down to the 4th box; there you'll find the "Default Account" settings.
It's not there.

Are you receiving mail from more than one account? If not, it will not show up. But yes, it is still available in iOS 8.2, and all previous versions for that matter).
Yes, I'm receiving mail from several accounts. I want to change the account that I send mail from. I have two Yahoo accounts, my work account, and two iCloud accounts that I'm receiving mail from.

Nope. No change. I restarted first the way you suggested. Then, when that didn't work, I restarted using the slider. Neither worked.
Only other thing I can think of is to delete and re-add the accounts to the mail app. Start with the Yahoo account you with to be the default. It may only take that one.
