Big Fish Game Manager will no longer install since 10.10.2 system update update.

I had a problem with one of the Big Fish games. The forum for the game suggested that I uninstall Big Fish Game Manager app and reinstall. My Mac Mini will not let me reinstall it.

Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

I get this message: "An error has occurred. Please try again.If the problem persists, you may need to go to http://www.bigfishgames.com/help for information on how to reinstall."


I went to bigfishgames.com/help, and followed their instructions regarding Shutting down Firewall long enough to load the Game Manager, and open some of the privacy settings. Nothing helped.

lllaass, thank you so much for trying! I reinstalled OS X: Yosemite. Then tried to reinstall the Big Fish Game Manager. Same result: I still got this message: "An error has occurred. I have written Big Fish, but no reply yet. It is Game Manager 3.2.0.8


Any other ideas?
