I don not know what i do ?!!

My name is Mohamed from Egypt . I have iphone 6 Plus and occurred suddenly on the ground,the screen broken and went to hire Apple in Egypt trade line and told me that the phone will be replaced for a sum of money, and after about 15 days, told me that they could not replace it because you stopped this service, I do not know The reason I do not know what to do

I ask for what i should do?
