Q: How do I deauthorize all computers without any authorized computers?

I have no access to any of my past authorized computers and need to activate a new one.  From my research Apple's website contradicts itself in this link: Deauthorize your computer using iTunes - Apple Support

It says that  "If you don't have your computer anymore, you'll need to deauthorize all computers."

But in the deauthorize all computers" section it directs me to use an authorized computer to sign into iTunes...

I don't have ANY possession of my authorized computers so this is frustrating to say the least.  Anyone have a solution to this?
